When you purchase a program, subscription, or download a freebie from us, you're getting access to the specific content you signed up for (via a one-off payment or monthly installment plan, we always make it clear which), use of our videos, tools, and resources for your personal, non-commercial use, and access to any coaching, enrichment guidance, and community support included in your plan.

Note: ReadyDog is built by professional trainers and backed by science, but it's not a replacement for veterinary care or behavioral treatment. If your dog is dealing with serious behavioral or health issues, please consult a qualified professional.

By using our site or programs, you agree to not copy, resell, distribute, or share our content, use the platform for your own household only, engage respectfully in community spaces (bullying, spam, or hate speech means immediate removal), and respect other users' privacy and opinions.

Prices may be listed in CAD or USD, depending on your location and the product. Subscriptions and installment plans auto-renew or continue billing unless cancelled, you can manage your billing through your Circle.so account dashboard. One-off payment programs come with full access and no ongoing fees. We reserve the right to revoke access if you break these terms.

We're confident ReadyDog will make life with your dog easier, calmer, and more fun. But if it's not the right fit, no hard feelings. We run two different guarantees depending on the program, here's exactly how each works.

Puppy Course and Adult Dog Training: choose the installment plan and you get a 10-day free trial before your first payment is charged. Choose to pay in full, or once your trial period ends, and you're covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Email hello@readydog.club within that window and we'll process your refund.

6 Weeks to Calm: this program comes with the Calm for Free Guarantee. Complete the weekly lessons, post your weekly check-ins, and finish the program, and if it doesn't deliver, we'll refund you in full. This guarantee is tied to completing the program, not just to the calendar, see the program page for full details.

A few small notes: we can't offer refunds after the applicable guarantee window closes. One refund per person per program, if you've already used a guarantee once on a given program, we're happy to help you choose the right next step, but we can't keep refunding repeat purchases of the same program. To request a refund, email hello@readydog.club with your order details. No hoops, no guilt.

If you join the ReadyDog Hub, our private community on Circle, your use of that space is also subject to Circle's Terms of Use. These include guidelines for participation, content, and privacy.

We may update these Terms over time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top. Major changes will also be communicated via email.

We regularly share free resources, such as ebooks, guides, tips, and advice, across our website, email, and social media. These are provided for informational purposes only and do not create a coaching relationship, guarantee results, or replace professional guidance. We strive to ensure this content is accurate and helpful, but we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its completeness, timeliness, or suitability for your specific situation.
